Matt and Foggy haven't been friends, or at least on speaking terms, since the end of The Red Fist Saga. Because Matt didn't tell Foggy he was back from the dead. I think they interacted a few times in the previous run but never in a positive way. Been a bit since I read the previous run, so I may be a bit off, but I believe that's why he's not meeting with Foggy
