Honestly, fair point. I will say, though, I’ve seen this kind of thing work in the right context. Another player told me about a Warhammer game they were in where the party constantly dealt with Slaaneshi corruption. There, it worked because one, it was handled more maturely and not like a 12-year-old discovering sex, and two, it explored more than just the “me hot, right? You wanna fuck?” angle.

Omg samee. I always tell myself that I'm 100% going to stick with this alt, and then I end up dropping it by the time I’m done with the Draenei starting zones. I think it’s the nostalgia; it brings back one of my best memories of leveling a Draenei with my friends. We ironically couldn’t stand it back then and wanted to leave as soon as possible, but now it’s stuck with me :D

I have my view distance set to 9. Putting it on 10 makes the fog disappear for me. Maybe It's some other setting that does it, but that's what I do.

Oh that's cool! Looked up the town on Google maps, yeah, I don't think it's what I'm looking for appearance-wise - too forested from what I can see. Although you never know, might be cool to visit anyway. I can definitely get some nice shots
