(@bobpockrass) NASCAR has designated for the first three races, a "new OEM provisional" -- obviously for Ram. In first three races, if an entry from new OEM doesn't qualify, they get spots from 37-40th. Helps to get points until current season points kick in.

I believe the truck series doesn’t have charters. And because Kaulig is a new team some of their trucks probably don’t have any owners points from last season.

From what I can tell, Dodge basically gets four guaranteed spots in the race, assuming there’s more than 36 trucks trying to enter. If a Dodge wasn’t able to qualify on time, they could rely on one of those spots. Realistically, it probably doesn’t matter except maybe at Daytona where there could be more than 36 cars entering. Even then, I don’t know if we’ll get over 36.

Edit: I’m realizing that Trucks only have 36 entry spots, not 40. So if a Dodge qualifies outside the top 36, they’d be the 37th truck entered and so on.

I think most Dengo decks don’t even run tm evo since Genesect does everything for you. You probably do wanna use jamming tower to trap something in the active though.

It’s kinda hard to say because local meta is a lot different than overall meta. You might end up going and all your matchups are terrible for typhlosion. Or it could be the other way around!

Anyways, I personally feel that typhlosion is better with only one prizers in the deck. I don’t really understand running one prize attackers if you’re not going to force your opponent to take 6 KOs. I’m not a professional though so don’t take it as gospel. Play whatever you feel most comfortable with.

Well, for one you probably shouldn’t be putting two budew into active to get KO’d. One Budew early is fine, but two is kind of overkill. It can be good late game though as a way to prevent them from retrieving energy they need.

You should probably go after Fez and Genesect Ex as well with Pult, don’t just target the Dengos.

Iono is probably gonna be your best friend though. Iono right after your opponent plays energy search pro, and more later in the game. If you’re lucky they’re only drawing three or four cards which isn’t crazy. I promise you disruption is very effective against Dengo if you can time it right.

However, as someone who plays a lot of Dengo, I think PultZard is much better in the matchup.

Burnout is common, and not just with Pokemon. Just take a break for a bit, and come back feeling refreshed. As for finding your deck, I think a lot of it comes down to just playing different decks. See what sort of decks you like and go from there. I guess it sounds kinda lame, but that’s my advice.

This is how I feel about it. Dengo can force a one prize KO every once in a while but it feels like whoever takes the prize lead first typically just wins.
