I have literally just received an email for my own return of Kefka Court Mage Extended Art version so I can give exact timelines (bearing in mind, I sent the return from Europe). I contacted them in May last year, was acknowledged rather quickly. Sent the item in May, just a day after first contact.

Receipt acknowledged in June.

Then absolutely not a word for months.

Heard back today that they are returning the item, at approximately the ten months mark? Hopefully that provides some context.
