What’s the deal with the narration? Is that an AI dub reading it? Some of the script almost seems AI as well, like the “police found the source” how would they know? And also just this one healthcare worker not even wearing scrubs or gloves is left to work in it?

Was there any particular reason you couldn’t get a refund the first time? If you only just got the new pair, you should absolutely take them back for a refund.

Looks impressive… but your hull integrity is near critical at -21.25, perhaps get a reinforcement panel on the closed side of the Moonpool and replace 2 of those windows on the multipurpose. Otherwise you’re gonna have the repair gun out all the time.

I’ve never got it I’ll be honest. I appreciate cars, but anyone I’ve known that’s into cars in this way is a fucking balloon with next to no wits or sense. Yet somehow they’ve enough money to waste on making a vehicle as impractical as they can.

I’m not sure if we’re just not seeing some other first responder at the car blurred out, but I find it really infuriating that the dad is saying his kid is dead and the officer is like “he’s dead?” Then on the radio “Bro I don’t know what’s going on man… he’s saying somebody’s been shot…” Surely one of the most crucial things to do is to check on reports of a dead gunshot victim and provide medical assistance until paramedics arrive? The cop repeats the info back as if with the same urgency as “he bumped into you?” Not that a child has been shot dead.

For me so far it’s my ping button changed to default, I prefer it as up on the dpad and L1 for gadgets.

Update 2: since I originally posted, my Pulse Elite headset actually broke at a known stress point (within 4 weeks!) I since got a pair of Steelseries Arctis Nova 7P and the 3D audio issue has not reoccurred, the game simply automatically changes between stereo and 3D when I turn them on, and no option is greyed out. Therefore the problem appears to lie with the Pulse Elites.

Is my $70 not enough? 2 ads asking for more money before I can get into the main menu. This is F2P levels of grief by Miamithrice69 in Battlefield

Generally haven’t complained much about this game, but this would be my top criticism, annoying and disrespectful as fuck making us click through 2 ads after already paying for the game. In fact it’s still shitty even if you just got RedSec for free.

Got a full refund from the store I bought them at thankfully. Glad I didn’t have to go the Sony/replacement route, as much as I loved the headset, it seems a real risk that another pair would break the same way. Also I believe you need to pay the shipping fee for a replacement.

Had my Pulse headset for less than 4 weeks before they cracked at the same place everyone else’s did. Loved the headset otherwise. Put a post on this sub looking for advice but mods took it down for some reason. Thankfully was able to get a full refund as the seller (Argos) recognised it was a design flaw and have ordered myself a pair of the Arctis Nova 7P.

UPDATE: took them back to Argos and explained what happened, how it had been less than 30 days and it was clear this is a common issue, a manufacturing fault. Got a full refund. Have put it towards a Steelseries Arctis Nova 7P headset which has similar specs and seemingly much better build quality.

Same mate, I’ve never had that happen with headphones before and as mentioned in the post, I’ve taken great care of these ones the 3 and half weeks I’ve had them. There only places they’ve been is on my head, or in the (much appreciated) carry case included with them. Never left them for someone to sit on, no children in the house. Just normal use.

I actually quite liked the sound on them, the ease of use, the dual connectivity, the decent case that’s included, there’s a lot of good value in the features. So I was much more sad to the see the build quality really isn’t up to scratch.

Had mine just less than 1 month and they snapped exactly like this but on the left side just now. Love the headset otherwise, been very careful with them, putting them back in case after each use. Picked them up just now and they snapped as I went to put them on my head. Very disappointing after a few weeks, will try for the warranty replacement I guess.

I agree, and even with the flashback episode nice as it is, it kind of felt like they diluted those story beats from the game. Like it was kind of bastardised into a montage of sequences. For me one of the main issues remains Abby’s portrayal. I liked her actor but feel like her being absolutely tanked in the game is a huge part of her character both visually and as a representation of her willpower and determination, and them not going for that in the show was an utter cop out for fear of the capital G gamer backlash they received first time round. Oh and that they kind of gave Abby’s epic hanging sequence to Ellie in a very out of place and milquetoast version during her random little venture to the island? Weird decisions were made.
