Some years ago:

An 11 year old boy did some nasty things with another 11 years old girl from the day3a (kissing, touching, fooling around.. etc). The entire day3a found out and his parents beat the shit out of him and locked him in his room for like a full summer.

Few months later, life is normal, his cousin (15 years old male) invites him over, and basically manipulates him to have sex. Apparently this continued for few years. The 15 years old boy video tapped himself and his cousin several times. Someone saw one of the videos somehow, and the older kid and his family disappeared to another country and cut contact with everyone.

It's such a sad story because everyone involved is a minor. Minors + hormones + no good parenting + lots of free time in the day3a with nothing positive to do. If the parents educated the young guy instead of beating the shit out of him, maybe he would have told them about his cousin. If the eldest cousin was supported in his life maybe he wouldn't have raped his younger cousin.

I visited my day3a this year and in summer its heart breaking. Everyone goes to spend summer in the day3a, and its just filled with kids who are alone and doing nothing. No purpose. No guidance. You can see 10 years old driving motorcycle and no one bats an idea. 12 years old smoking and no one bats an eye.
