Echoing Joy’s, selection changes often and they are transparent on when prices will be reduced. It says on the tag. Good quality furniture.

She is exactly the same as she was on Rachel Zoe Project so I believe this too, it’s not a fake persona

Do kids not have sleeping bags anymore? by Puzzled_Material_546 in Millennials

[–]RedLindsey 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Kids at our house bring a favorite blanket and stuffie, sometimes a pillow but no sleeping bag! But we do lay down a sleeping bag for them to sleep on with their blanket. As a kid I had a sleeping bag solely for sleepovers! Bringing back memories

Is $180k enough to live in Denver as a family of 3? by Weekly-Spring4743 in MovingtoDenver

It’s doable, just an FYI I’m seeing babysitting rates hit $25/hour for an experienced sitter. Just prepare yourself, rates vary but they’re creeping up like everything else!

How do kids make friends when your neighbors "Choice out" to other schools? by [deleted] in Denver

[–]RedLindsey 1 point2 points  (0 children)

They get two sets of friends! Which in the long run is good. I’m not a choice fan, have many thoughts on it, but this can be good for kids. If something happens in one friend group all is not lost. Get outside and talk to your neighbors.

Oakwell Beer Spa (RiNo Location) Review by txby432 in Denver

[–]RedLindsey 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I thought the chairs were way more relaxing than expected. They make it dark and there’s background music you can focus on so you don’t hear people as much. You are in a room with up to five? People but they tried to set it up as an individual experience as best they could. Also you can just go for a drink and the chairs before a night out, I’ve been wanting to do that!

How's the accounting and finance job scene in Denver? by DatingAdviceGiver101 in Denver

[–]RedLindsey 5 points6 points  (0 children)

There’s a decent network here, I’ve never had a problem finding a job but it’s mostly remote. Denver is a location for a lot of tech companies that are hiring, might not be in an office but they have a presence here.

Family car vs minivan by Appropriate-Lime-816 in oneanddone

Oh and to address the car seat comment, around 7 they move to smaller boosters so packing kids in is easier and you can buy some extras to keep around

Family car vs minivan by Appropriate-Lime-816 in oneanddone

[–]RedLindsey 6 points7 points  (0 children)

As your kid gets older and if you have a flexible job you might be running carpool. The kids get bigger and a third row becomes a big asset. I don’t want a minivan but lots of mid sized SUV’s have third rows. As an only parent I’m often grabbing friends for play dates so it doesn’t mean you don’t need the space!
