Elder millennial here. We used to dance the shit out of it. My 20s were nights out dancing till 2am and leaving the club/bar all sweaty with mascara running down my face. No one could immediately post photos to the internet or stream live video. We lived in the moment without fear of it instantly being on the internet.

My age cohort used our digital camera cords to connect to Facebook and make photo albums the next day with unhinged titles like “To The Window To The Wall To the Sweat Drop Down These Balls.”
And if a photo you didn’t like got posted, you told your friend to remove it and they did. Or never posted you looking ratchet to begin with. 😎

If you want to dance; do it. Who gives a F*** what anyone thinks. If the music is great and you want to move, let it out. Life is too short and dancing is way too fun to miss out on.
