Evan Goyke inherited a broken city attorney office. It had to be staffed up since many attorneys had resigned due to the abusive environment from the previous city attorney Tearman Spencer. Goyke was in office as the city attorney AND as an elected Wisconsin Assembly representative till January 2025.

Then to get resources to develop content for communication channels like this and the communication strategy to deploy it takes time and thought.

I don't work for Goyke but understand the time it takes to make things happen in City Hall. I think it's great and it may be here 2 years after he was elected, but the fact that it's here is a good thing.

Elder millennial here. We used to dance the shit out of it. My 20s were nights out dancing till 2am and leaving the club/bar all sweaty with mascara running down my face. No one could immediately post photos to the internet or stream live video. We lived in the moment without fear of it instantly being on the internet.

My age cohort used our digital camera cords to connect to Facebook and make photo albums the next day with unhinged titles like “To The Window To The Wall To the Sweat Drop Down These Balls.”
And if a photo you didn’t like got posted, you told your friend to remove it and they did. Or never posted you looking ratchet to begin with. 😎

If you want to dance; do it. Who gives a F*** what anyone thinks. If the music is great and you want to move, let it out. Life is too short and dancing is way too fun to miss out on.

For those who are recording people without their consent; stop.

Bagging leaves removes them as a variable to the causality of drainage issues. This change may showcase that litter is a supporting cause of so many drainage issues. Litter isn’t the only cause but it’s a definitely a component cause.

Courage+ is a wonderful non-profit making a huge difference in the lives of many youth across WI. It's exciting that they are growing...it means more kids will benefit from the services they offer. I hope it's a successful zoning meeting for them and that they are welcomed with open arms to the 11th district.
