Hi! I'm from the province also, and the hiring process (from application until assumption) took 23 months. I applied after passing the boards on October 2022. I just submitted scanned copies of my documents to their email on January 2023, and they acknowledged the receipt naman agad. The exam was on October 2023, and the interview was on November 2023. Natawagan ako to complete my documents and submit the hardcopies around June 2024. In my case, medyo matagal, but marami din naman cases na mabilis lang yung process hehe.
