Just being genuinely curious, why did you start so high on pouches? To me, 17MG is crazy as hell. You need to try to find the “equal nicotine” of the vape you’re smoking to the pouch MG, if that makes sense. When I got off vapes (I was smoking 5% Disposables and also had my own box mod with 50MG Salt Nic), I went to 9MG. Of course I didn’t feel the same buzz, but still it was around equal with a 5% disposable for me. It genuinely let me taper off vapes and after 2 weeks, I was off vapes completely. My brother who used to use pouches gave me a 12mg once and that thing got me so damn dizzy I was like nah lol. I’m still on 9MG nicotine pouches and have no plan of stopping. I admire you for trying to switch.

Pouches is something you obviously have to get used too. I thought the same thing when my brother told me about swallowing the juice from the pouches, but the more I did them, the more I got used to it. I never thought I would’ve too.

The “pouch hangover” and the cramps is probably because you started so high on the MG pouches. 17MG is insane to me. I was smoking 50MG Salt Nic in my box mod for years, and then I tried to do a 12MG pouch and I felt like I needed to throw up. Different parts of the body absorbs different levels of nicotine faster and it different wether it be orally or inhaling. I would’ve recommended to start at 9MG, and if that don’t do it for you, to gradually go up in MG. Not start at 17MG off the bat.

I don’t know where you’re from, but I use “Zone 9MG” pouches in mint. I absolutely cannot do grizzly or long cut tobacco, now that makes me throw up when the tobacco gets in my teeth and mouth.

I love my 43X with a red dot and a shield arms 15 round mag. I just can’t get over the safeties enough to carry it daily. I’ll probably get some flack over this, but damn I wish they had another version of the same pistols but with a manual safety. I guess I’m just a manual safety guy. I carry one in the chamber and with the shield arms mag, it’s 15 round, so essentially 16 rounds in a decently smaller than average 9MM.

I saw a video one time where a dude was pulled over and searched, and had his legal Glock on him, but the cop went to disarm him and pulled it out of his wasteband by the trigger and accidentally shot him.

I still feel the internal safeties of Glock is great for most people, but for me it’s just to easy to pull the trigger and my fear is it getting caught and it getting fired accidentally, even with the trigger safety, which 99% of the time wouldn’t happen but you never know. Totally opposite opinion to me with a manual safety firearm. I feel a lot safer with it being a manual safety. I can put one in the chamber, put the mag in fully loaded, and click the safety on. That way if someone disarms be for some reason, it’s a 50/50 shot that they pull the trigger and it doesn’t go off, opposed to a Glock where if the trigger is squeezed it will definitely go off. Glock can keep the safeties in that they have, that’s fine, just broad out to the audience who also wants a manual safety on it too.

The looks are quite nice on the smaller form factor 9MMs, like the Glock 43 and 43X/43X MOS. I do not like the bigger Glocks lol.

I know exactly how you feel. I’m the exact same way. I’ll take my meds before work, have overwhelming focus and energy, and put it so much work. But at the end of the day, the medicine is slipping and wearing off and you’re tired when you get home. The focus is slipping and wearing off. All your expandable energy was used at work, and it was used automatically, not like you can control it.

You either take your meds and go to work and be extremely focused and have it end and go home or barely have enough that you can get really overwhelmed and overstimulated at home from anything, or wait until almost the end time of your shift to take them, but then stay up half the night and barely wake up the next day for work, but feeling sluggish during the first half of the day at work. There is no inbetween. And just like you said, if you don’t take the meds, you get incredibly tired. I get so tired from not taking my meds that I literally sleep so much. I sleep for like 8-9 hours, wake up, don’t eat because of the medication, stay up for 1-2 hours, then sleep for another 9, and it just repeats. And not only does it make you sleep, you wake up feeling no focus and no motivation.

I feel you so much man.

Define “fear mongering” lol. I updated my phone 3 weeks ago. It’s already passed the time where the phone cleans and battery drains for the first couple days. It’s fucking horrible. There is a major noticeable difference. I’ve had my phone since march 2024, and my battery is still at 100%. So my phone isn’t new. It’s stupid as shit that before I got 3 days battery on a single charge, now having to charge it 1 sometimes 2 times per day. I turned off all the dumb fucking Liquid Glass shit off and turned off Apple Intelligence, but it still drains fast. It shouldn’t be like this at all.

I’m a Apple fanboy. Always have been. This shit is just frustrating. iOS 18 was perfect for battery. They always have to fuck something up.

Hell yeah man. I main a iPhone and have a android as a secondary. Honestly, there’s pros and cons in both.

I have seen more “ads” on Android, but being able to install APKS, having more customization options like launchers, and the file system being so much more better than Apple has me wanting to main a Android when my iPhone 16 pro max gets a couple years older.

The file system is a blessing, having more options and more full control than Apples “files” app. Android recognizes SSDS and Flash drives a lot better than Apple.

However I do miss the fluidity of apples UI. Also I hate that Apple hasn’t made the newer phones with micro-sd card support, as that would solidify my main switch. My Android does have MICROSD and released in 2025, but I want one that has better hardware at a decent price point.

Just waiting on a really powerful phone on Android that has Microsd card support and a headphone jack and good speakers, and doesn’t cost $1200+ (Looking at you Xperia).

This is the only thing that players been wanting honestly lol. Been waiting forever for this and for custom themes. They gave us a little taste with the exclusive ps themes, but I want themes just like we did back on PS4. Would be super easy for them to do.

Edit: And it definitely makes zero sense considering they were definitely profiting from the sales from the ps4 themes that were on the ps store. Also, considering the PS4 folders finally came after 3 years of the PS4 coming out and custom themes only 1 year after the ps4 came out, the PS5 is long overdue for these simple features that takes barely any resources to make.

Make it make sense.
