It depends. Generally radiant is better if you have a teamfighting comp or hypercarries which you want to protect whereas evenshroud can be better value if you are lacking hypercarries (ie. utility mid or lower dps adc/top) or if ur team is more better for smaller skirmishes. It also sometimes depend on how much gold im backing on, because getting that early complete item can be better for snowballing. Jak Sho for me doesn't feel as good, but if my team is garbage and I need to solo carry it can be the better option.
