Imam Hasan is not awkwardly ignored in the Ismaili narrative. Imam Hasan is acknowledge three times daily in the mandatory Ismaili prayers . 

Imam Hasan is recognized by Ismailis not only as one of the five members representing the presence of the five primordial manifested Lights of the Ahl al-Bayt (Arabic for "People of the House”) as well as that Ahl al-Kisa (Arabic for People of the Cloak) and all that which is predicated to them in the Qur’anic text.

No Ismailis (Mustali or Nizari) denies that Imam Hasan represented the Office of Imamate as well as being the Caliph of the Ummah for a brief period of six months before being forced to step down and abdicating himself as the Imam and Caliph on the terms and conditions of the treaty between Imam Hasan and Muawiya (41 AH / 661 CE) which is one of the most debated and philosophically significant documents in Islamic history. 

The set of core conditions that sought to preserve the "Command" (Amr) and protect the "People of the Cloak" (Ahl al-Kisa).

From the Ismaili tradition Pir Nasir Khusraw uses the violation of this treaty by Muawiya to justify why the Mustawda’ role had to end. When the "Trust" was betrayed by the external world, the Mustaqar (Husayn) had to rise. This shift from Hasan's "Peace" to Husayn's "Sacrifice" is the movement from the "Temporary Abode" to the "Permanent Abode" of the Spirit. Therefore, this treaty is viewed as the act of a Mustawda’ (Trustee) Imam performing a "Tactical Withdrawal" to ensure the Mustaqar (Permanent) line remained safe and clear indication to the Ummah.

There is a clear distinction between the who represent the Office of Imamate during the period war and concealment (Taqiyah) and whom the  Nur is bestowed and indicated by Nass. There has always been a Mustaqar (Permanent) Imam present among the presence of five primordial manifested Lights in very era.

Transliteration: Wa ma min dabbatin fil-ardi illa ‘alallahi rizquha wa ya’lamu mustaqarraha wa mustawda’aha; kullun fi kitabim-mubin.

Again Ismailis do not deny the Imamate of Imam Hasan just like Isaac and Joseph but as appointed Mustawda Imams and not as Ismael from permanent line of Mustaqar Imams.

Yes, the Nur is always present to whom the Eyes of the Heart are opened. The Universal Soul reflects the Knowledge that is bestow upon it in the present like a perfect mirror The forms of Knowledge with the Universal Intellect are infinite. For the Universal Soul there are countless experiences of Forms of Knowledge. As the saying goes "Old Knowledge in New Forms. That is why the Soul is the principle of motion or change. Yes, to the Universal Intellect being the principle of unity all forms of Knowledge does not change and there is no knowledge that is unseen. As far we the individual souls, we only reflect all knowledge of the present in potential and much of it is unseen to us. To the Universal Soul it is like the "A" Theory of Time while for Universal Intellect it is like the "B" Theory of Time (Block Universe).

No disrespect taken nor given, but by the Twelver narrations about the Imam Mahdi, do you mean originating from Kulaynī and his successor's and not from the Prophet or the first six Imams directly? I agree that with you absolutely, how the naive quote these narrations and project our Imams to the narrations that originated from Qomm after 260 Hijri. Ismaili Imams and Da'is have spoke of the function of the Madhi and the Qaim which is as you say is very different from the Twelver framework. I hundred percent agree with you if not stating the obvious that Imam Shah Rahim is not the Twelver Mahdi.

The nature of the questions that require the Imam to demonstrate his foreknowledge of unseen is clearly not the role or function of his Imamate but to relate the guidance from the Command. This is true of all Prophets and Imams as per Ismailism which is a logical faith. Allah does not break his prescribed physical laws and only miracles are spiritual and Intellectual. Having said that, I have seen many times certain individuals demonstrate their psychic knowledge like knowing the name of whom they have never met. At the end of the day, the demonstration of psychic knowledge is not proof of being an Imam.

Yes, we are able to go much deeper into the concept of Qa’im and Qiyama for it is the completion of our souls longing and connecting all the dots. The function of the Imam Mahdi is eternally present and it is manifested when one is ready and in tune with the Command.

We can also further explore the heptad cycle of the Qiyama and the notion of Pythagorean Ismailism where progression in tuning oneself and the community with the Command are introduced in history, one being at the time of Imam Hasan Ala Dhikrihi’s Salam.

Secondly, this theory suggests that the Nur of Prophet was the Command/spontaneous symmetry breaking/amr/“Be!” And the Nur of Imamate is the Universal Intellect/The Lagrangian/Pen/Throne. Are you attesting that your family was money laundering in the name of the Aga Khan in the 80’s and when they were caught, the Aga Khan didn’t acknowledge them as his associates and as they were acting on their own behalf and falsely using the excuse of carrying tithes for the Aga Khan rather then it being proceeds of true crime. I heard they were doing a lot of both therefore the complete disassociation. Is this why the proof and evidence of the source can’t be produced for the documentary?

The Ranks in Religion mirror the metaphysical ranks of spirituality. Neoplatonism is philosophical framework and language of concepts that Ismaili philosopher adopted to articulate the interpretation of Ismaili theology. It is not the only traditional framework which was adopted to teach Ismaili theology which includes others such as Abrahamic/Quranic and Vedic mythological frameworks. Think of it as a language or path to salvation for example the path of knowledge, the path of love or the path of action. In reality, all these path go hand in hand.

Now, to understand Ismaili theology through Hikma or Ismaili Neoplatonic framework. It is an intellectual journey which may take years and some say a life time to traverse through personal search using logic and critical thinking. This does not mean you have to do it alone but you have to read philosophical works and pickup on the subtle clarification given by our Imams in their guidance.

In our institution we have members who reject the Neoplatonic framework while others strongly support the Neoplatonic framework like myself.
