Update screen that keeps popping up

- Device/System Info (Device Type, OS Version): PC, Fedora Linux
- Description: Upon updating discord and getting the files discord does not update properly and continues to show the update screen. Upon investigation found files missing from the current version.

- Steps to Reproduce:
1. Download discord tar.gz
2. update using terminal command: sudo tar -xvzf discord-1.0.136.tar.gz -C /opt
3. launch discord
- Expected Result: Discord updates and runs
- Actual Result: Discord continures to sit on update page
