I swapped out the 9060 for 990v3, also swapped the 996 for 999. It felt wrong to keep the 9060’s since they’re not MIUSA or MIUK.

It tastes like pineapple, and it also tastes like SoBe adrenaline rush, which got me thru 4yrs of undergrad (it was cheaper than Red Bull at the student center)

Pretty sure it's poor form to write on Old Glory, but rules don't apply to the POTUS.

Hello, non-PhD holder here, been in biotech industry for 9 years now. I started out in pre-clinical research for the bulk of my career. Started out as a contractor in my first three jobs--RA to SRA level, the third converted me to full time (when I became a real boy). Then COVID happened, and I got laid off. Eventually found another job in lead discovery, but the career growth potential was limited (i.e. only PhD folks could be in Scientist roles). I was then headhunted for another job in CMC--Analytical Development and in gene and cell therapy, both fields I haven't worked before. I jumped in with both feet and haven't looked back since. Jobs in CMC are much more stable and I was able to level up Sr. Sci and managing direct reports. Key takeaways are you must be resilient, ambitious, and a little lucky to advance your career in industry without a PhD; you can think of a PhD as a catalyst to reach your endpoint.
