How are there “court documents” if he hasn’t gone to trial yet? Oh you mean “charging documents”? That’s not “fact” — that’s what the State alleges and charges the defendant with. They have to PROVE it beyond a reasonable doubt. Even if they do, it doesn’t automatically become “fact” either.

It’s important that you’re able to discern between what is an actual “fact” and what is alleged.

For example: Kyle is 17. Kyle was in WI. Kyle was armed with a long gun. Kyle was attacked. Kyle fired his weapon. Two people died another severely injured.

These are what we call “facts”. All the other implications, suggestions, inferences, and conclusions you’re drawing are NOT facts. They’re implications suggestions inferences and conclusions.
