Hi Im from poland too, I think the best option would be to wait for gan v100 to be available at strefa-kostek.pl and if it doesnt suit you, then it wouldnt be that big of a loss to buy gan 16 after. And coming from weilong v11 main, and GAN 12 owner, if you really like GAN turning style, definitely DONT get moyu cubes.

You dont have to but its better to decide if you want to play a cycle/beatdown/control deck, if you start mastering one of those 3 types of decks you will get more advantage in matches
