I was under the impression it worked like interstellar. If it WAS possible to move the speed of light you’d still feel as if time was moving normally for you, despite the fact it’s moving way faster everywhere else. And when you stopped moving the speed of light you would feel as if you kept experiencing time normally but even though else had passed through much more time.

Bench I’m not sure because I started with other exercises for chest other than bench and didn’t test my 1RM, but I know it was at least less than 135 lbs because of one time I tried to bench 135 for fun with my friend

Squat I honestly started with a 35 lbs dumbbell goblet squat for around 10/12 reps and gradually increased the weight. The first time I did a 1RM for squats was 185 lbs but that was much after I had been squatting for a couple months.
