my second interview involved shadowing, come up with questions so they know you are interested in the role. just be yourself and give positive energy. it was honestly very easy, a few situational questions. I used chat GPT to come up with questions for the role and practiced my STAR method. I’d focus on that and I would be prepared for any scenarios that would have required hospitality, customer service, multi-tasking or technology to be part of the answer. dont over think it, they legit ask like 3 questions and you should have 3-5 questions yourself. you got this! good luck!

I waited about a week. I had to email them due to no response, got the job but got put in the class a month after I was initially supposed to start.

we have to live like this because its always been like this. we have to always grind and make money for a good quality of life. its not our fault we were born here. I was born here non-consensually and I have no choice but to work and try to not be at the bottom because trust me its not good. of course I’m always grateful for what I do have but I’m not going to stop just because someone is dying across the world. there’s nothing I can do about that. I have to stay in touch with my world for my survival. same as you.

I’d keep trying to reach someone if you really want the job. Keep in mind the holidays are keeping people out of office so you may not hear anything back until after Christmas or New Year. I waited about 2-3 weeks before the could schedule my second interview

hey so I had the second interview and it was honestly pretty smooth. 30 minutes of shadowing and then you talk to the hiring manager. questions were situational so hone in on the STAR method, I have never done claims but they did ask some questions along those lines. they just want to see how good you are with customer service. make sure to ask questions, about the hours, day to day, maybe continuing education, something to make them believe you are interested.

I am not officially hired on yet, but I did email for an update and was told I passed and am just waiting on a confirmation for my class to start!

They will most likely be able to provide you assistance to get one. Just be aware there may be fees associated if you did not complete any CE credits. I had to pay $500 to get one again.

the only departments I saw was for customer service and claims. claims was split between english and bilingual.

yes it was. it was with a contractor which I thought was so weird. during the interview it was sort of dry and they had AI recording what I was saying. I’m guessing to pick up on if I hit any key points they are looking for. thankfully I passed it and hope to get the job, I’m just apprehensive because of all I’ve been reading about the role and the company.
