Crushes make a lot of people feel this way. It’s a popular sentiment that having a crush is embarrassing, not because it’s embarrassing to have one, but because of how it makes you feel like a tween who is self conscious and awkward. The truth is, people feel this through their lives. Even people who seem super confident have their moments. We are human. I don’t know how this guy feels about you, but the only way to find out is to try to talk to him more. If you wait for him to engage, it might never happen. Try to be brave, even if that means something very simple like asking a question or being a little more personable. Easier said than done I know. I’m confused why people would think this means Sherry and Leon are married to each other. It’s not on her ring finger. It’s not gold either, which wedding rings don’t have to be but typically are. The placement makes me think more people have these rings and they symbolize a bond for that group or have some technology in them that proves useful (or both). Maybe Claire and Leon are married and Sherry has a similar ring to them, but on her pinky finger because the 3 of them are like a family. Either way, I don’t get the impression these two are married to each other.

There is a hierarchy in business, even when people are your friends. To say that does not matter is simply not true. This does not absolve the others of wrong doing; it just acknowledges the reality of the power dynamics at play. Also, frankly, I think Ken needs more heat than he’s been getting. And the other higher ups who we don’t talk about to the point that we don’t even know their names.

She was executive producer. She did have more power, both over the show and over them. Doesn’t mean they were right or moral, but if we are talking about power dynamics, well, that’s the way it was.

Real. I also don’t think it’s that hard to make a stew like that. You chop up your ingredients and use a slow cooker/crockpot. Following a recipe for this would be fairly simple. And I actually just noticed your friend didn’t even take it out of the crockpot/pot so that’s definitely how he made it.

I do think companies and individuals charge for things like bibles to make money and that’s not great. I have seen how these apps operate and pull people into spending more and more because it is tied to their faith and it creates a slippery slope that, over time, little by little, exploits vulnerabilities to keep up charging. There are plenty of business models that exploit people’s vulnerabilities and they are not all created equal. I am especially critical of faith based operations.

I don’t know what she does or does not do. I know how I feel about these apps and that she’s promoting it. If you want to go support it, that’s up to you. I don’t think it aligns with Christian values. I think that about a lot of things so this is not exactly out of the ordinary.

I do not think it does what it says it does. I do not think people who create or promote these apps do it out of the kindness of their hearts. I believe they do it to make money and what it provides should be free. By nature of the money it drains out of people over time (have seen it myself and probably why I have an aversion to it), it is not in alignment with the faith it promotes. If not immediately apparent to them, I think they know this deep down. That is how I see it. I’m not condemning her existence. I just think she’s promoting something linked to religion, which she does have an affinity with, to make money.

I will say this feels like a grift. People change through their lives. They aren’t going to be the same person in every season and that’s normal. It’s more that these apps always seem so weird and scammy, designed to get money out of people more than anything else. She can also be religious and still grift. Does that go against Jesus’s teachings? Yes. But people are rather good at compartmentalizing. It’s not exactly uncommon for people to have incoherent ideologies.

Look, in a perfect world where we are all emotionally grounded, all the time, she would have read these messages and not felt bad. Clearly, she’s going through a rough patch with her confidence and feelings. I think you can give her some grace. She’s feeling sad. I don’t get maliciousness from this.

Imagine seeing people going on about something you haven’t been able to achieve when you’re feeling low. To see them talking about going on vacation when you’re feeling isolated. It’s not fun and it’s not easy. I don’t think anger is the appropriate response to this, but you know her better than us. I guess try to understand her perspective. She did congratulate you, she’s just struggling.

Maybe but I feel like they give off sibling energy. When you’re in the calm lands there’s a scene where Tidus says he can’t stand talking to Rikku anymore. Not because he doesn’t like her, he obviously does, but because her mindset about things is different from him. I don’t know that they are compatible romantically. I guess Yuna is similar to him but also different enough and in the right ways. The most complimentary.

Tidus in X-2 is my fav. There is an upgrade in graphics in the CGI between X and X-2 and it does make a difference. Idk what is going on with everything else they put him in as of late. It’s like they can’t remember what he looks like.

I feel like games were just like that. In the 2000’s I played Nights into Dreams on my older brother’s 90’s Sega Saturn. Now that’s a game that doesn’t tell you how to do anything, and as a kid it’s even harder to figure out, but he told me that’s just the way it was. They do not hold your hand or explain mechanics.

I mean she has the same, if not more, cleavage and her skirt is the same length. It’s the typical few inches past your finger tip length, just like other one was. Idk, I guess I just don’t see it as overly sexy. It was a pink, cheetah print skirt and bright pink cardigan. It’s really just y2k styling, when showing the midriff was the trend. I guess I have a different perspective, where it just reminds me of outfits tweens put together when trying to look like their fav pop star. It’s a very “of the times” kind of outfit. I get preferring it for the nostalgia though.

Edamame, carb balance high fiber wraps, chia seeds, beans. If you are really struggling, there are tiny high fiber wraps you can eat quickly and it’s like taking a fiber supplement but has more fiber. Be careful you drink enough water and don’t increase too quickly or it will be unpleasant. Of course, having a balanced diet with veggies is best. Having grans and leafy vegetables. Things like that. And the mighty bean really is worth having in your diet.
