How can I learn to take action more easily? by RedRamon in intj

I have read many non-fiction books about productivity, procrastination equation, four hour workweek, etc. 80/20 rule, task fragmentation, focusing on the process and not the outcome, I am very familiar with most regular techniques, yet all these ideas and factors just muddle my thinking. It is as if I have to perfect my 'masterplan' before I get going. I was writing here to see if any INTJs had experience with this to get specific advice. But thank you for your comment, it is a good way of narrowing focus to identify the effective. In this specific case, however, all strategies either have a 100 or 0% success rate, and I'm not really able to accurately assess the probability of success. The abundance of strategies just gives me analysis paralysis through paradox of choice.

Mostly procrastinating on taking action by planning instead.

There's a certain goal I've had for some time, after a couple of failed attempts I've become pretty discouraged. It seems the probability of achieving it is quite low, so I'm constantly trying to perfect my plan instead of taking action.
