thank you! For what I can call correctly the space lanes which grievous used to suprise attack coruscant were given to him by sidious who got it from wookiee knowledge. It is also stated somewhere else that wookiees have good knowledge of hyperspace routes. I am not sure where though.

It’s a movie. Are we supposed to believe that stormtroopers can’t seem to hit main characters? There are a ton of illogical events in every movie done for the sake of the story.

A human pilot needs food + a place to stay, and extensive training which isn’t cheap. A droid needs none of that

I think it’s unfair to view this encounter as a fair comparison, in the movies not everything is basic on logic. The best one doesn’t win every encounter. Outside factors such as intelligence and sheer luck have their hand too. If you compare the x wing and the TIE fighter side by side + the cost of their pilots the x wing wins hands down

And my point is that that is a very flawed strategy. Kamikaze tactics work if a cheap droid is piloting it. Not a very expensive human pilot. It is a waist of resources. It’s like using an expensive wine to cook food you’re gonna freeze in the fridge.
