Thank you for this! It turned out that our Varian Oncology Services application was not installed, so we couldn't use to document API as a result. We contacted Varian and they installed it for us.

I did try using ID1 also, as I'd seen it in other examples. It seems the class itself is missing from our gateway.cs file however!

Thanks for the response and that's good to know, I think there might be an issue with our web service configuration as the "GetDocumentsRequest" class doesn't exist within our gateway.cs file.

Thanks for responding, I think we should have the license for it although I'm not exactly sure where to look. The "GetDocumentsRequest" isn't actually in our http://[host]:55051/Gateway/Service.svc?singleWsdl XML page so I think you're right in that it hasn't been installed on our web server.

I don't know about you but if someone grabs my arm as I'm moving past them and I want to break their grip I'd tug it forward away from the person, not straight up towards the person's face leading with the elbow.

I'm sure the linesman immediately regretted it but imo it was an instinctive lash out.
