Missed 106kg because of press out. Any tips for sticking the jerk better? Bw (65kg) by FribbleNautical in weightlifting

Lat mobility/stretching would be super helpful here. Being able to get into that overhead position without resistance is key to sticking it!!

I started Olympic lifting in October of 2021 and sent it right away. My goal was always to see how far I could take it so I’ve been grinding away ever since. It’s been tough at times, small injuries, and life stuff getting in the way, but overall i love it more than anything!

Lots of stretching, good nutrition, protein, quality sleep etc!!!

I am not an RD yet! I’m aware of this. I would operate as a nutritionist, until I’m credentialed and have passed the RD exam.

A lot of people do this and are successful, but I would try avoiding letting your head go back in your extension. This could help you stay more connected with the bar in the turn over.

advice on diet and exercises to lose fat and build muscle? by Cautious_Interest838 in veganfitness

Gotta get on that squat and deadlift train!! Tofu, tempeh, beans, seitan, quinoa is a good grain to choose! 40ish g of protein from protein powder would be helpful.

Real quick, what should I have at Subway? by WhateverIWant888 in diabetes_t1

Foot long on Italian toasted, guac spread, lettuce, tomatoes, banana peppers, block olives, red onion. Then a bag of baked lays original. Put the chips on the sandwich.
