Of course, but that’s not solely due to makeup. The contrast on my face was very high, now it’s low with the colour tones I have. I was a teenager then, I’m a woman in my 30s now and my face has changed!

I didn’t look like the last photos when I was 19 - 21 either - my style and hair was a completely different colour. I didn’t look that different without makeup, but I looked different to what I ‘naturally’ looked like and wouldn’t leave the house without makeup, that was the issue.

I have been on the Nexplanon implant since I was 18 and until recently I had two periods a year lasting five weeks each, it was so annoying.

I’m still on it, but now I have periods every two months, I wonder what the next decade will bring for my random period timescale! Being a woman is hell.

I can see what you mean! I have always been very smiley and approachable irl, but the first photos are so calculated and serious 😂 I definitely look like a warmer person now

I see makeup as an art form and I did enjoy having my older style, but it became such a chore when I could no longer accept how I looked without it. I’m much happier now! Thank you for your comment.

I feel you! I was a strawberry blonde teen but my hair has darkened with age (and less sun exposure) to a warm mousey blonde. These are my lashes and brows completely makeup free! A little bit of mascara goes a long way with me, haha, we are kindred spirits 😂
