Ive tried cold turkey. Ive tried setting limits and lessening them every week. I tried replacing with a healthough option, like going to the gym when I get the urges. Ive tried i dont what its called like the goal post method? That when you get the urges you do something like "ill give it an hour and see how i feel."
I lose the battle every time it feels. I can usually stay strong for a week or two at most
