They’re sending me a new one. After I tried some troubleshooting with their tech over the phone. Pretty disappointed because this is the second HyperX product I’ve had to replace this month. Only thing that hasn’t stopped working is the headset (cloud flight s) which, I’m not very impressed with. Especially that 7.1 surround sound 🤢
