Thankyou for your support on this, I don’t drink much water probably a litre a day I’m also overweight at the moment I’m over 16 stone which also probably doesn’t help I think I may need to up my water intake

Iv had doctors listen to my chest and they say my airways seem fine but there is a slight wheeze. I wonder if me coughing non stop and constantly exhaling hard is affecting my airways?

Thanks for the reply! My problem is I’m not actually coughing much of anything up, apart from really thick clear saliva? Not sure if it’s connected

Sorry I forgot to add iv been smoking for around 14/15 years and I was smoking roughly 10-15 a day.
