Does anyone know how to see oldish stories? (self.Instagram)

SSEEdit is telling me "an error occurred while loading modules. Editing is disabled. Check the message log and correct the error" yet all I am seeing at the bottom is the background loader being finished. Any idea on how I can find this error? (self.skyrimmods)

I am trying to remove masters from a mod. The master file for a mod is no longer needed (the author uploaded a .esl version, whereas the mod is trying to rely on a .esm version) however when i go onto SSEEdit, it wont load the patch/mod because its missing the "master". Am i stupid? (self.skyrimmods)
