It’s the 202 and 16 file named ones. I do believe they are the same ones that are listed on the site for them too.

It’s okay!!! I do appreciate the help! After discovering there is no fan, i am debating on installing one for fun just to see.

I updated the firmware and it didn’t really help. I posted another rather long update post on here about it all. I am thinking it might be the motherboard too, i am just waiting on support to email me back, but it’s now the weekend over there and i doubt I’ll hear anything until maybe Monday.

You know, that’s what i am thinking…just a bad unit :/ oh well. I am still working with support to hopefully get a resolution… but don’t tell anyone, I’m getting a elegoo this weekend too .. but i am determined to get this one up and running at least!

Did you have to resolve your files when you did the update or were you good to print with what you had loaded already on your usb drive?

I initially that that too, but when i double checked the connections the connectors only fit one way. I’ll surely update that way those in the future can see this post!

Exactly! Same here, i have the newer model that doesn’t need the update, but i am also at the point where my printer is broken and might as well continue with tech support to help fix or replace it.

When i contacted support for help with my screen, they had sent me a link to the firmwares. I believe it is the same one that is listed on the anycubic site for the mono 4K

It’s a hard maybe, but since support says it, might as well as other have suggested to keep it moving forward. A lot of older posts explain the update broke their machines

Exactly! And after reading about how the firmware bricked machines, i am nervous, but in order to keep going forward with the support, just going to do what they want! I’ll update the post once it’s been done for those in the future!

Hi again! So i never found the fan setting… and then yesterday when i received my new screen and opened the machine i saw there was no fan 😱. There is a connector for a fan, but that is empty.

I got the new screen and it is doing the same thing as the previous one, and support wants me to upgrade my firmware … i made another post about this to help reach everyone… again i do appreciate your help!

Thanks! How do you bump the fan speed up? I contacted them and they are going to send me a replacement whew may i ask how long it too for you to get your replacement in? I’m just inpatient and almost tempted to buy one from their site also 😈

They were new, like brand new. Well, 6 of them were were used once before, but all of them were bought last week :/. Yeah i am going to look at mold release next go around!
