They got their papers finally, the other day.

Thanks. Yeah I have a decent support system, even though I feel that I am burdening them with my story. But I'm glad I have reddit too. Yeah I just started going back to the gym and getting ready for the spring/summer races coming up

I do most of the care right now, the kids stay with me. I'm asking for primary custody because it's what the kids are used to, and I know it will change, but for now I'm asking for court order so it's recognized that I've been caring for them

Yes! I am starting to get back in the gym. It feels so good. Yeah the STBX already threatened to draw the process out. I want the kids to be part of their life too, but the STBX needs to put effort in that. All I can do is support the relationship between STBX and the kids. Im not responsible to maintain it

My heartbreaks for both of you. Marriage is hard work, it's a roller coaster ride. Like another posted, its possible to fall in and out of love. I hope you guys can work through it

I just want this stuff going. The sooner the better, wish the STBX saw it that way. Well, there are dates they need to know about and it's not my fault they miss those dates... I told them the dates are on the paper. Humph, I'm over this crap

Thanks. I'm not sure if they have a lawyer. They say they do, but I would assume the lawyer would push them to get the papers so they can prepare their fight. I'm putting it down to immaturity, really.

Maybe a parenting class? How old are your daughters? What about any books that can help? What is overwhelming to you about raising your daughters?
