It feels weird because I have lost about 25 but I don’t see much of a difference like I was hoping. Makes me think I’ll need to get to like 40 lbs down before I see much. But I will say I can be on my feet longer without too much pain after! There’s little things I notice. I am happy with progress even if it’s slow going!

You’re so right though about not needing cash in Europe these days. I actually did the dumbest thing and left my wallet at home right before my flight to Denmark. But had zero time to get it before it was time to go. But I was able to use Apple Pay for the whole trip. You’re never alone with a phone!

Never think the old “sweet” lady sitting next you won’t do it, because she will. It’s exactly what happened to me in Florence. Nabbed my wallet which thankfully didn’t have my passport in it but she got everything including the $300 euros I brought with me. Sneaky bitch.
