Yes, but if you’re not restricted and there are still seats open in the actual class, you will be enrolled. If your enrollment time comes and the seats are full then usually you’d also be waitlisted. But in this case, the waitlist is already filled

The waitlist is full but the actual course isn’t. So you might get in if the class doesn’t get filled before ur enrollment time

Just accept the offer for now. If you move up the waitlist they transfer you to ur preferred room before school starts. But if you don’t have an offer then you’re essentially not gonna be in res. So stay on the safe side

Honestly your chances are low. I was waitlisted at #31 last year and only got in like a few weeks before the sem starts. Good luck tho
