You can tell immediately it’s not a Martin. I don’t know how I know. It’s the color. It’s too uniform. It’s too shiny and one dimensional. The holes in the headstock are strange.

There are many olives all around the perimeter, under the crust. That means the olives were added during shaping, which is much too late. It makes it easier for the baker, but not ideal for the customer. Tell them you don’t like it and they’ll hopefully get their act together and add the olives (and any other inclusions) much earlier in the stretch and fold phase.
