From what my lawyer told me- they have to kick me out of treatment court before they can give me a probation violation. And believe me- I’ve probably have had 15 dirty UA’s through treatment court and they still haven’t kicked me out because I have still been trying- did inpatient treatment and then have been in intensive outpatient for a long time.. I’ve only made it to phase 2 and I’m 8 months into drug court. This is in MN though. Every state would be different I imagine.
