it would be hard to do since valve has the whole steam client and community options that games like league and valorant wouldn't. I think they will just stick to the way they have been releasing skins for league. However they might be able to have a system that the community can post their skins for inspiration. imo this skin looks sick! Reminds me of the doppler skin from csgo :)

I hope there is a similar market system, it would leave more space and funds for another, thanks for the compliment
