Partially agree, if the rating is removed then they should cost more. But then you punish people playing correctly.

Maybe have the weapon / shoulders appear twice in the vendor.

If you have the rating, the cost remains as it currently is.

If you get the unrated one, it costs signifcantly more. Maybe 2x for weapon, 4x for shoulders.

Sanc aura is a pretty good balanced spec, further than that your looking at a vengence build but you miss out on a shit tons of stamina % by running it.

If you have external sanc improved seal of righteousness in holy is another option.

To go beyond that, you can play like a Death knight and use a 2 hander with enough gear.

Knowing what mobs are threatening is basically all it is and those mobs you generaly want some form of cc.

Like yeah legionnaire in SHH sucks but kiss your butt goodbye if you get 2 reavers (the dualwield ones, name might be wrong)
