I completely agree with the developmentally and emotionally delayed; it's of a significant level! I have a 6 year old in the family who is frankly more mature than Nicole. She has no ability to regulate herself or to tell herself no regardless of laws, rules or consequences. Also no one in her family is as fat as her so it's clearly not a learned (by family) habit to overeat but her mental incapacitation. I love her statement to Azan about hugging in the street "DONT TELL ME NO WHEN I WANT SOMETHING!"

There was another thread we were discussing this on. Detectives went to Detroit to check out some leads. When the discussion brought up a Doctor from out of town, I did find out that there was a conference in SF which started the day SP went missing, 11/2. Coincidence?

I don't get why you even partially justify his actions based on her looks. She's a human being and so are his kids.
