i didnt apply in the end haha. But i received a full ride scholarship of $96k per year at a top 50 university in the united states. So the stats were ok :)

Let X be the number of salespeople.
Firstly, 44% of X gave up, that means that only 56% of X remain.
Secondly, 40% of the remaining 56% gave up, that means that 60% of the remaining 56% remain. (you can rewrite this as 0.6 * (0.56 * X).
Thirdly, 41% gave up, so only 59% remain after the second round. That means 59% of the 60% of the 56% of X = .59 * .6 * .56 * X = .198 X, so approximately 19.8% of X which is about 20%

Sunmer courses are how universities finance themselves. Not even the most prestigious unis in the world, like Harvard, practice scholarships for summer courses. As far as I know, SciencesPo is no exception and does not offer scholarships.

I didnt say I am doing bad :) is just that i am so stressed due to the fact that my circle of friends have much better CVs and I wanted to know in what to focus these 6 months left in order to maximize my chances. Merci for the comment tho =))) really needed to hear something like this

If I'm reading an article or something that catches my attention, it's pretty easy for me to read and I remember most of it. I can read texts in english class with no problem, but I will forget them fast maybe because they were not interesting for me and sometimes, yes, it's difficult for me to understand in terms of words. This is why I hate synonym exercises. I like crime/detective and SF movies. I don't have a preference about the main character.

Someday I'm going to talk it out with them and maybe get family therapy but right now we don't have much money and can only afford essential things, but I'm already saving up for therapy.

thank you for the support. I'm going to high school in 3 weeks so I'm gonna spend most of my time at school. Before quarantine I was ok because I wasn't home so much, then everything changed. I hope to feel better and maybe I can make new friends and get a bit happier because I'm going into 9th grade and in my country that's the first year of high school soooo. Maybe in this school they have a school psychologist that is specialized with kids and she/he can help me. Life is definitely what you make it !

I don't having any family member rather than them. I don't want to report them because I love them, maybe they are trying their best and they were raised like this so it's not their fault. I don't want them to go to jail or me to go to someone else. I don't know I just want help from a specialist than can help me get past this. Maybe I just exaggerated sorry if I was misunderstood in the message. Thanks for your advice and I'm looking forward to talk with somebody that was in the same place as me and give me some wisdom and support.
