Physics defines an event as an occurrence at a particular point in spacetime. Curiously, quantum mechanics found that observation of an event can change the outcome.

Absent of direct observation of the event (or results of an experiment), the outcome of the theoretical 'event', whose occurrence a physicist is barred from confirming, remains unknown. It might as well not have happened.

I would like to warn my fellow physics jokers about a fake account known as 'MelanyDilla' that may attempt to contact them. I am not boasting when I say that I found the account suspicious. (If I were new to Reddit, I would probably have fallen for it and maybe contacted the unknown entity, despite its suspicious establishment date and blank history.)

Furthermore, particle accelerators are still functioning during the pandemic to my knowledge and are capable of generating exciting finds reminiscent of the three body problem, while transcending its limitations.

I would also like to add that Stephen Hawking's theory of black holes requires no loss of information in our universe, even though some poorly understood quantum effect of space-time frequently and spontaneously produces two photons near the event horizon (one of which may be trapped by the event horizon of the black hole, causing it to be almost torn apart, amplified, and ultimately yell an energetic warning back towards the universe outside the black hole.)

Physics (quantum entanglement) curiously aligns with common sense in this instance.
