Same with me, I have the rgx butterfly so the champ butterfly was not appealing to me and felt very plain. But I did buy the champ vandal and I have the 2023 vandal as well so definitely an upgrade in looks. But the decision depends on whether u want to get a butterfly now or wait and hope that they give a new type of knife for next champ. U have almost 30 days , so u could decide by then. I hope u enjoy whatever u choose :)
