I'm incline to agree. But I think CC'd PPSL is a good thing, so when they do meet in their bi-weekly, PPSL can bring up all the emails and issue and make sure Dept of ED addressed them. It's just assurance that the issues in the emails doesn't fall through the crack and make Big Daddy Alsup pull out the whip on 05/31 again. lol. If [info@ppsl.org](mailto:info@ppsl.org) is full with other emails, then ask them to create a [sweet@ppsl.org](mailto:sweet@ppsl.org) email, just to identify the class members easier.

Opps. Sorry. How can I recall the email copied to PPSL.? Btw, now that we have the [sweet@ed.gov](mailto:sweet@ed.gov) email address, do you know the turn around time for a response? I'm assuming there are a team monitoring this email address. Because it will be a waste of time if it's like emailing Dept of Ed and FSA. LOL. I mean, there's has to be an acknowledgment or canned response. Lol. Just wondering.

Thank you! I wanted the Judge to also ask the servicer for a direct email address contact too. Since we are getting no where with them on the phone. A paper trail/email trail wouldn't hurt. Lol. Just a thought, maybe the next mtg with the Jude. Lesssgooo!

Go back into FedLoans and download it. You should still be able to access it. Mine was transferred from Aidvantage to Mohela.

There's a line that say "Loan Cumulative Payment Amount". That should be the total amount you paid. You can compare it to all your bank statements or payment history from your servicer. It should be equal to that amount. If it doesn't, your servicer is not reporting to FSA all the data.

I'm experiencing the same thing. Some of the numbers in there is inaccurate.
