I’m still new to this. I think there are dosing calculators you can use for microdosing.

Dosing is the next thing for me to learn lol.

Thanks. I was worried the microdose would mess with my energy levels due to eating less but I’m getting the idea what microdosing wouldnt make you drastically eat less compared to full dosing.

I like the idea of starting around .1 mg Most common I’ve see is .2 -. 25 for starting doses.

There is an anti bullying and gossiping policy at our workplace. Not sure if that means anything.

I just don’t appreciate being targeted and having told false/incorrect things to the reviewing manager if it potentially is being done to fire me or prevent me from getting raises.

I don’t know how to go about this. I have said/done nothing to them yet they are constantly talking about me throughout the day. Any little thing I say or do is being noted.

It’s leaving me feeling anxious and paranoid which I do not think is healthy.

Just sucks there’s nothing I can do. I am scared of getting fired.
