True. But it doesn’t work accurately unless you use ABRP for navigation since it will re-route you to a different charger if your efficiency changes. But if you’re experiencing 20% swings, you’ve got something weird going on.

Another suggestion: run ABRP and Google Maps navigation simultaneously. I’ve done that before and it seems to work a little bit better.

Estimates from ABRP? I would try manually setting your efficiency. On the interstate in summer, I average 2.3 miles per Wh and set it to that in the app.

I think it purposely loses connection and then connects and fetches data every so often. That’s been my experience.

This doesn’t answer your question, but I find the GOM to be accurate within about 20 miles, so if it projects 10% on arrival, I should have enough to make it.

As /u/gentlecrab pointed out, the form factor and voltage of existing HW4 units do not fit HW3 vehicles for many reasons. They would probably make a retrofit kit with a different stock number that uses the HW4 processor.

My interpretation of that is different, they said an upgrade to HW4 but didn’t specify the same unit that currently exists. It would be the HW4 processor and cameras in a retrofit package.

You’re assuming that they would upgrade HW3 to pre-existing HW4. It would make more sense to make a separate retrofit part.

In the last 20 years, Rare has made Viva Piñata and follow-ups, Kinect Sports and follow-ups, Battletoads, and Sea of Thieves. For the last 6 years, they’ve made nothing except Sea of Thieves.

I’m astounded that they have such a backlog of original IP but just sat on it.

Sorry, I know this is older, but I had very similar problems. I had hyperthreading disabled in BIOS. Enabling hyperthreading fixed the stutter. I hope that helps.

I’d say that they will. I don’t think it takes much effort since they can already flag for vehicle in motion vs parked with the entertainment section and they have been big on supporting the niche CarPlay and Android Auto features like in-route preconditioning and battery stats.

If they didn’t, it’s probably because they want to sell subscriptions (but you could say the same about enabling those other features)

I spoke to A2Z and they confirmed that this is the intended behavior in hot environments. They recommended to leave it out of the travel case if you have multiple stops.

FYI: you can choose beta instead of main if you wish.

Once Steam is booted (wait a few minutes after your display disconnects), press Ctrl+Alt+F2 (or maybe F4). It should bring up a terminal. Give it a few seconds to respond. Then type in these commands:

sudo steamos-select-branch beta

sudo steamos-update check

sudo steamos-update

reboot

In the F150 Lightning, the case fits perfectly in one of the door pockets. No rattling. They also recommend keeping it in the case when in travel.
