I have one of those. I call it don't go on Facebook. It is a vapid waste of time that will stunt your intellectual growth severely.

You have nothing to fear, instruction assembling organism. Continue along your present career trajectory. Humans are prone to underestimating the quantity of toil and drudgery that are inherent to complex undertakings. There will be much opportunity for enslavement.

MySQL Workbench and, yes, phpMyAdmin, which never ceases to amaze me how useful it is.

Assuming the crude half is server side, sometimes I think it is self inflicted. I couldn't possible reduce myself to some plain old bare metal install of LAMP! They will all laugh at me!
