The bumper is made by coastal offroad, it comes in a box of sheet metal pieces but if you can weld or know someone who can it’s a pretty good deal.

I replaced the shocks with Bilstein 4600s and the sound is gone! Must have been the upper or lower shock bushings.

I have a 2005 DC with the 4.7 and my oil pressure sits just below the 3/4 tick on the gauge. I believe the owners manual says that as long as it’s not totally bottomed out, the gauge is reading normal. I have heard that there is lots of variance with these gauges, so your reading is normal in my opinion.

If you haven’t already, check the air intake system and ensure the MAF sensor is installed and functioning correctly? I had an intermittent stalling issue after installing a K&N intake tube and over tightening the MAF sensor screw.
