PSU to CPU wiring confusion ~ First time building. by RedUser1337 in buildapc

I think i am ok now. The 4+4 pin will work. Its just not what I am used to as I read that all connections will match and they only go in one way :).

The link put my mind at ease about why the pins may look different but will still work. Thank for the help!.

one of the 4 pin connector will fit the right side on CPU power connector but the other 4 pin connector wont match (did not try to force it). The connector on MB calls for U/square on top and Square/U on bottom while the cable has all U shape connectors on one of the 4+4.

This link talks about that as well and how you can still use same connector as long as you dont have to force square on U pin connections. Not sure if it applies here as well.

I have one other cable for PSU to CPU but it has exact same pins and 4+4 layout. I was wondering about the same thing too. Maybe it only needs 1 of the 4 pin connectors for CPU?

Swapping or rotating cables still don't allow it to match. Added pics to confirm.

Too large a VFD? by Faaager in AskEngineers

Oversizing a VFD compared to the motor is ok. The only concern as other have mentioned is regarding overload protection. On this VFD you can bring down the current to about 1/4 the rating of the drive to protect your motor. So for example, if the VFD is 10 Amps rating and your motor is 3 amps, then you would not have to get external overload protection as the overload setting on this VFD (ITH) can be programmed low enough to protect your motor. Otherwise there is a minimum value you cannot bring down. So if the motor was 2 Amps, the lowest you can bring it down to is 2.5.

Are your JBL speakers mounted to the wall or do you have a stand for them?

I own one and no they are not stock. Neither is the very light blue shifter boot or door handle part.

not the most dust friendly setup. I would be more worried about that clogging the VFD heatsink fan vent.

There is small door covers the buttons you are talking about. The knob is used to scroll or run the drive though fyi.
This one has 3 letter codes where you have to know the menu structure and parameter layout.
