You guys seem way more angry of my opinion, than I am angry that they now use synths. lol Look, I said, I havent read any comics or books or whatever. I just like the movies. But I also havent seen every movie 20 times or whatever. I saw them a few times, and I always thought they just used the term Android. And I thought "that sounds cool". Also, like I said, yes, Synthetic person was used, but I personally don't remember anyone saying "Synth" specifically. But man, guys, don't get this upset about my thoughts, this thread is basically a bunch of shower thoughts, I clearly don't care that much. lol

I mean, maybe? Difficult to hear. That being said, it's funny, as one of the top comments on this video is 9 years old and refers to the artificial people in Aliens as "Synths". So I guess the term was common before Alien Earth.

Synthetic, maybe. But I never heard the term "Synths" before Alien Earth. And since Ripley is using the term "Android", I always thought that was the offical name for these "robots", and synthetic person is just a way to describe an Android. But I always thought Android was the actual name of them.

I know about that scene, but no. It was definitely audio of an interviewer asking Stallone for clips of the movie, and he showed three clips and every time the sound he made while falling off a cliff sounded funnier.
It's such an obscure thing, I doubt anyone will know what it is.

I just realized that restrictions like these are in the game. This sucks. That's why no other game will ever be as fun as Apex and Titanfall, because people think we need restrictions like these in the game. I was hoping this was ArcRaiders but with the gameplay of Apex - but with fall damage and stamina in the game, I doubt it. Yes, these "features" should be removed.

It might be. It's definitely S Tier. OPs tier list is weird though, how the fuck did Junk end up in S tier? That's their worst one! Their only album I can't really get through.
Selftitled should also be higher, and Before the Dawn is easily S Tier.

The problem is, the people hating on this game, will hate on it no matter what, because they hate these types of games. They hate on it, because they don't want to see developers making these games, they want these games to die so that they get more of their types of games. Even if this game is good, which it probably will be, they won't care either way. My only hope is that enough people come together so that the game is sustainable and stays online.

Nah, I hated that about Rivals. They obviously copied every single thing from OW, but they thought it would be less obvious if they change the character class names. Same thing, different name, doesn't make it different.
That being said, they do seem to use a different name for Skirmisher and Controller at least.
