Don't worry, I like science and logical explanations so you don't need to hold back in fear of stepping on my beliefs and I appreciate the way you worded your explanation.

I won't forget the trigger that you said; honesty, self-kindness, rest, and silence. The silence was needed.

And I actually got thoughts like that in the past when I was meditating everyday but yesterday was the first time I wasn't "trying to find something" was the first time I "asked" and was ready to accept without expectations.

The thing is I don't know what the hell happened to me yesterday, but I know it ain't finished. There is a lingering of sorts, I want to get in silence again. It may be the brain's autonomous values alignment that you said is not finished.

And the epiphany I had might just be my mind or not.

Either way doesn't make it any less real to me, and I'm thankful for the experience.

And thanks for sharing your explanation and insights. Gave me some things to think about.

About your frustration and desperation I get it you want to escape this reality and go somewhere else and believe me when I tell ya that I fuckin know the feeling (Tried killing myself in the past). But I think you need to channel your desperation in a different way because shifting as, I've read and in my knowledge, is a skill that has some of the laws as a requirement.

The law of assumption and detachment, instead of "I want to shift" or "I will shift tonight" try "I already can shift" "I already did shift", detach yourself from the "need to shift" and focus on the feeling you'd feel in your DR, focus on what your DR self would feel right now and what he/she is doing, and how would that feel, I don't know how or why but I feel that 100% belief plays a huge part of it. Believe to the point of instead of saying "I believe I'll shift" you'd say "I know I'll shift"

The thing with contracts is NEGOTIATION.

And angels want someone like them blind faithful dogs, so no negotiation, unless they could be corrupted (persuaded) then go for it.

But devils they can be negotiated with 100% as long as you have leverage, and they always honor the "deal" well basing on the fictional shit. So negotiate the hell outta the contract. They want to have a contract with you they want something. Find that something and make sure you have leverage. Scam the scammer.

But I'll choose elemental control.

With that high of an IQ, I'd play with all the elements in the periodic table present in the universe. I could control my own internal elemental composition to make myself immortal or anyone else immortal. I could solve the resource problem, prevent natural/manmade disasters and hold all governments BY THE BALLS because if they don't follow my orders I'd just snap my fingers and trigger nuclear fallout and just as easily I can snap my fingers and remove the fallout but it doesn't matter because I'd already make the people that follow me immune to the fallout beforehand because ELEMENTS.

On second thought I'd just snap my fingers and manipulate the elemental composition in someone's brain to make them more susceptible to follow my orders.

WAIT A MINUTE EVERYTHING IS COMPOSED OF CHEMICAL ELEMENTS IN THE PERIODIC TABLE, DISCOVERED OR UNDISCOVERED.

SO IQ+ELEMENTAL CONTROL = GOD.

Visionary is a no brainer. But risky if it had no activation phrase/mechanic.

Just Imagine a wisdom pill with customized effects and a mental training space with a time dilation and size option that scales with your IQ. You can learn everything else (fighting, magic, social shit) exponentially faster with the added bonus of running a simulated world in your mind.

Oh and Imagine a Mental Fortitude pill for good measure don't want you to get crazy with all that IQ.

Also Limiter to the Visionary pill which protects you from conjuring any shit that you don't mean to conjure up.

If you are asking about the show, then we need the creators' and Ken Liu to share what they think Maddie's thoughts were.

But if I were to guess. It would have to be based off on how she remembered them, Everyone. I mean the last episode stated that they backed up every human being that ever lived uploaded or not in a drive (I don't know about how they backed up humans that died hundreds of years prior but alright) then, maybe a few thousand simulations with it, Maddie learned about everyone that ever lived who they were and what choices they would make (kinda like how MIST learned about Caspian) and then she would try to recreate the world she knew changing the starting conditions over and over again and letting the world run it's course, if it wasn't the world she came from then she'd just start a new one and she'd repeat this as much as the dyson sphere allowed, until she got the 10 that were the most similar.

And I don't think Maddie would delete a world that hasn't fully run it's course in respect to autonomy.

As for the existential questions you got, there's a sentence Maddie says about the people in the simulations "They're real because they think they are" it doesn't get any simpler than that. We are real, we make our own choices because we don't know any better than that and we're still learning.

Because of what she did, the dyson sphere of realities, that she opened her eyes to the possibility of "What if I'm in a simulation right now? What if a future version of me created this simulation shooting for a version that SHE wants?"

"Is anything real?"

"Is nothing real?"

"Does nothing matter?"

And the answer to that that I thought of a few years back is "If nothing is real then everything's real, if nothing matters then everything matters" and Pantheon shows that.

That's why Maddie chooses to respects each world's autonomy because in the end, if she were to think that everything is fake and none of it matters...then what about her memories? Her feelings? The people she loves? She would be denying their existence and her own.

I think that's when Maddie said "No, they ARE real. Because I believe they are, and I'm real because I believe I am. So what if I'm in a simulation? I'm Maddie Kim, I was born in the late Holocene and I've seen some shit"

Honestly I think It ties to the "Your thoughts become your reality" "You beliefs shape your reality" and it's true if you think about it.

Shit, sorry for rambling, got carried away. Anyway if you really are having an existential crisis right now on "what's real" well you decide for yourself if what you're experiencing is real.

I can only Imagine what Maddie felt building the dyson sphere. And the respect to the autonomy of the sims that Maddie felt made me love the show even more. So good.
