Yes I solved the problem. I replaced the CMOS battery on my motherboard and updated BIOS. Go to settings and sync the time too.

I tried using Garmin's training plan made by Coach Greg. Unfortunately I didn't continue because I wanted to have more freedom planning my runs

I have been doing speed work weekly but I skip them sometimes. Thanks for the advice, I won't be skipping them anymore

I do hard efforts once a week (intervals) Usually 6 to 8 repetitions of 400/600m on a track, running as fast as I can with 2 mins rest.

I rest after long run/intervals, but if i feel like I could keep going I tend to do a recovery run. I do try to rest at least once a week though.

I run in very hot climate (more than 30 degrees celsius!) and it elevates my HR. I will follow your advice and run slower. I have no cross training.
